ABOUT

I started my career as a digital marketing strategist, tactical planner, and overall digital enthusiast.  Driven by innovative and UX-driven strategies, I expanded my talents and skills into the realm of UX strategy and design in order to create products, programs and experiences.

I have 15+ years of experience in the fields of: integrated marketing, human-centered design, UX strategy and design, design thinking, product and project management, agile development, sprint planning, usability testing, analytics programs and front-end/back-end platform integration.

I've been fortunate to work on initiatives at Verisign Inc., Johnson & Johnson, BMO Harris Bank, Merck, AARP, Time Inc., and Proactive. Most recently. I've been helping the American Association for the Advancement of Science and Renovate America blur the lines between the offline and online to create seamless experiences and leading a PBS effort to define, design and implement a new user-centered business process management system.

In May 2016, I completed an MA/MBA in Design Leadership from Johns Hopkins and the Maryland Institute College of Art. My studies focused on both learning about and gaining real world experiences with blending business practices with design processes to create and launch innovative, results-driven products and services.
